Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Management Manager to
oversee operational and financial activities of multiple
properties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day tenant needs and escalate issues to the Regional
Property Manager as necessary
Act as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring objectives
are met and preparing reports as needed
Develop and control annual budgets, forecast management plans, and
prepare performance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience,
or a combination of education and experience in Property and
Facilities management
Real Estate License required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and improve job
discipline effectiveness
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive
mindset
