Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Operator - Central
Reservations - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Assist guests with booking lodging, tours, and activities
Handle general customer inquiries and provide exceptional
service
Build rapport with guests and generate excitement for the
properties
Required Qualifications
Strong sales aptitude with ability to up-sell and cross-sell
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Dependable with excellent attendance habits
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and internet
proficiency
Previous hospitality experience in sales or customer service
preferred
