Job Description:
A company is looking for a BSA/AML Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the company's anti-financial-crime (AFC) /
anti-money-laundering (AML) / BSA program and report to the Chief
Compliance Officer
Conduct annual risk assessments and participate in audits related
to the AFC/AML/BSA program
Develop and oversee an internal compliance training program and
draft written compliance policies for the AFC/AML/BSA program
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in consumer finance or regulatory
compliance, including 2+ years in managing an AFC/AML/BSA
program
Deep knowledge of financial crime statutes and regulations,
including BSA and AML laws
Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance
frameworks
Experience in leading compliance teams and managing complex
compliance initiatives
