Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to
drive the successful adoption of their automation platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of the automation platform for new
customers and manage project timelines
Collaborate with clients and technical teams to analyze needs,
design solutions, and ensure seamless integration
Provide ongoing troubleshooting support and gather customer
feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Software
4+ years of experience in a similar role, with experience
considered in lieu of education
Strong understanding of test automation and QA processes
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or
Azure DevOps
Knowledge of API testing, database validation, and web/mobile app
testing
