Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement software and services for new clients and manage a
portfolio of existing clients
Build and maintain client engagement and satisfaction while
executing growth strategies
Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team
to execute strategies
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in healthcare, SaaS implementation, client
success, or account management
Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and its regulations
and trends
Demonstrated success in managing software and service accounts
Results-oriented with the ability to influence and create
change
Process-focused with a genuine interest in client and patient
outcomes
