Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product and Portfolio
Management Project Heads.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Project Heads for Energy and EndoMechanical programs,
ensuring new product development delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track program progress,
mitigate risks, and secure trade-off decisions
Lead portfolio reviews and promote project awareness across the
organization
Required Qualifications
Experience in medical device development and understanding of
global regulatory and clinical requirements
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and
cross-functional collaboration
Strong expertise in project management and execution in R&D
environments
Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and
various organizational levels
Experience in strategic planning and goal alignment across multiple
initiatives
