Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer support operations or vendor
management, preferably in iGaming or crypto
Proven experience managing outsourced support teams and
understanding customer support platforms
Strong knowledge of crypto transactions and related compliance
requirements
Data analysis skills with experience in tracking and reporting
customer service metrics
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
