Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Market Nursing and Triage
Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the central Market RN nursing function and the
Moments that Matter program
Establish consistent nursing coverage and create standard policies
and workflows across markets
Oversee telephonic triage processes and ensure adherence to medical
protocols and guidelines
Required Qualifications
Current unencumbered RN license
Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field; Master's degree
preferred
Minimum of 5 years of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in
value-based care or ambulatory settings
3 or more years of team leadership experience with strong coaching
skills
Experience in geriatric care and Medicare is highly desired
