Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Strategy Manager to develop
and implement credit risk strategies for lending products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement underwriting strategies for Personal Loans
while monitoring portfolio risk trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective credit
strategies and business results
Utilize data analysis to innovate risk strategies and enhance
decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of related experience in consumer lending (loans or credit
cards)
Experience in the credit strategy analytical life cycle, including
strategy development and implementation
Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis
Knowledge of analytical techniques such as decision trees and
regression analysis
Preferred: Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Statistics,
Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science)
