Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Representative
(REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through multiple communication
channels and provide information to resolve inquiries
Perform triage support services and escalate issues as necessary
while adhering to quality standards
Document actions taken and ensure compliance with policies while
addressing billing concerns and coordinating benefits
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
1 year of experience in a hospital or physical business office
preferred
1 year of call center experience with high call volumes and
productivity expectations
1 year of experience with medical revenue cycle processes
Knowledge of insurance collection follow-up and related
documentation preferred
