--- Start Date: May 27, 2025
--- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., plus call coverage
--- Patient Volume: Average of 15-18 patients per shift
--- Support Staff: 1 Midlevel, 1 Medical Assistant (MA), 1 Registered Nurse (RN)
--- EMR: EPIC

Skills Required:
--- Board Certified Hematology/Oncology
--- Active Ohio medical license or IMLC eligible

Credentialing:
--- Temporary Privileges: Available
--- Full Privileges: 45-90 days
--- Assistance with Credentialing: Provided
