• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 25-30 in Lima, 10-12 in Celina
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT: 1-2 in Lima
• Trauma Level/Designation: 2
• Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult
• Documentation System/EMR: Mosaiq/Epic Required Procedures: 3D Radiotherapy, Conventional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Required Duties: Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes Estimated credentialing timeframe 90-120 days
