Job Description:
A company is looking for a Navigation Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Research provider accessibility and appointments, coordinating with
multiple provider offices
Streamline the member experience by managing internal and external
logistics, including medical records retrieval
Track and document actions taken using proprietary software and
provide critical data reporting as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; some college is welcome
Prior call center experience, preferably in an outbound production
environment
Exposure to medical benefits is preferred
Experience with inbound and outbound calling preferred
Prior experience in collections, customer service, provider
services, or sales calls
