- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Outpatient: 25-30 at 1st
location, 10-12 at 2nd location
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Inpatient: 1-2 at 1st
location
- Trauma Level/Designation: 2
- Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult ---
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Ohio State License
- BLS
- Required Procedures: 3D Radiotherapy, Conventional
Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam
Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body
Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Fractionated
Stereotactic Radiotherapy
- Required Duties: Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes ---
Support Staff
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
- Other Radiation Oncologists will be covering at the opposite
location
- Number of APPs Providing Coverage: 2 --- EMR
