Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Services Representative -
IC2.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve issues for a large web application,
including authoring unit tests and writing maintainable code
Analyze and improve the performance of the web application and
assist with security updates
Work as part of an Agile SCRUM team to implement new software
features and support internal initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technologies,
or equivalent professional experience
3+ years' experience in a software engineer role on a maintenance
and/or support team
3+ years' experience with Genero BDL and recent experience with the
4Js Genero BDL suite
Proficient in SQL and familiar with current web client technologies
including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and .net
Experience with GitHub and Jira, and knowledge of OWASP threats and
mitigation techniques
