Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously monitor system performance and availability,
identifying and resolving issues proactively
Respond to and resolve incidents promptly, conducting post-incident
reviews
Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline operations and
optimize system performance
Qualifications
Proficiency in Unix systems, shell scripting, and Python
programming
Strong SQL skills with experience in transactional and analytical
databases
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk,
Prometheus/Grafana, and Moogsoft
Experience with service management tools like ServiceNow and
Remedy
Knowledge of cloud technologies and AI is a plus
