A company is looking for an M&A Attorney / Associate with
3-7 years of experience, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a mid-level to lead associate on strategic and financial
M&A transactions
Draft transaction documents and run diligence processes
Supervise specialist teams and junior associates during
transactions
Required Qualifications
Must be barred in Florida, California, or New York
At least three years of M&A transactional experience
Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school
Experience with SEC and corporate practice skills
Cross-border transaction experience is preferred
