Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supreme Court Counsel, Strategic
Legal Advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and track relevant cases in state high courts, federal en
banc courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court
Provide support and resources to litigation teams and partners on
case briefs
Engage with external audiences to represent the organization and
educate the public on strategic advocacy
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and licensed to practice
law
Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, preferably with appellate
clerkships
Experience in coordinating large litigation teams and drafting
appellate briefs
Substantial experience arguing cases before appellate courts,
including the U.S. Supreme Court
Deep knowledge of administrative law and relevant public
constitutional law doctrines
