will play a crucial role in guiding both clients and yourself
through a seamless and supportive process, leveraging innovative
and automated procedures whenever feasible to streamline
operations.
Your responsibilities will involve reaching out to clients to
gather essential data required for project advancement. You will
then carefully review these materials, extract necessary figures to
uncover potential tax savings, document your discoveries according
to our established protocols, submit everything to the relevant
agency, and keep the client updated on their application status.
Your duties extend beyond this initial phase!
You will maintain open lines of communication with both the client
and the agency, providing regular updates and follow-ups to ensure
a smooth process until we secure those tax savings, the client
successfully receives their funds, settles their service fees, and
is satisfied with the outcome. Alongside these critical tasks, you
will also manage various administrative functions to uphold
operational efficiency.
This includes handling emails, fielding phone calls, and delivering
top-notch customer service; all while efficiently prioritizing and
managing tasks through our systems. We invite you to be a part of

Responsibilities:
--- Coordinate tasks, projects, and communication daily within our
established system.
--- Prepare and send professional and accurate correspondence to
both internal and external contacts.
--- Utilize the ERP system daily for progress tracking and data
entry when necessary.
--- Maintain accurate record-keeping to ensure up-to-date
information.
--- Analyze data to identify trends for process improvement.
--- Investigate and address any data discrepancies promptly.
--- Follow up persistently and timely with various agencies for
updates, effectively communicating them to clients.
--- Occasionally travel to client offices within driving distance,
with expenses covered.
--- Support the Chief Operations Officer as required.
--- Perform various administrative tasks daily and as needed to
adapt to changing needs and evolving processes.
Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative or similar
role is preferred, although not mandatory.
--- A high school diploma is required; higher education is not
necessary.
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
for internal and external interactions.
--- Must excel in a dynamic role where all tasks are equally
important.
--- Proven ability to problem-solve and provide solutions when
faced with challenges.
--- Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously or
collaboratively.
--- Actively participate in team meetings to enhance processes and
foster innovation.
--- Demonstrate empathy towards customers and their needs.
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
--- Availability to work a Full-Time schedule, Monday through
Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
