Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries via live chat, email, and telephone

Collaborate with other departments and escalate issues when

Required Qualifications
Degree in a business-related field
Client handling experience in the financial services sector is a
plus
Fluency in English, Arabic, and French
Ability to multitask and maintain organization
Strong computer literacy
