Job Description:
A company is looking for a Condo Approval Production
Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Assist origination staff with requesting condominium documents and
entering information into Project Tracker
Prepare files by reviewing condominium document requests and
contacting HOA/property managers for additional documentation
Monitor and follow up with pending condo document requests in
Project Tracker
Required Qualifications
Current product knowledge of condominium review processes for FHA,
VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
Demonstrated working knowledge of federal and state guidelines such
as RESPA, TILA, HMDA
2+ years of experience in condo document collection or
equivalent
Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination
systems
High School Diploma or equivalent
