A company is looking for a Team Lead, DevOps to lead a

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting a collaborative and
high-performance environment
Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud environments while
overseeing CI/CD pipeline development
Manage hiring efforts and ensure best practices in security,
observability, and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
2+ years of technical leadership and people management
experience
5+ years of experience with AWS infrastructure solutions
Deep expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda
Understanding of agile methodologies and experience facilitating
agile ceremonies
Passion for quality, security, and operational excellence
