Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Representative to
facilitate the enrollment process between clients and insurance
companies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payer EDI and ERA enrollment requests via Zendesk
Communicate directly with customers regarding their enrollments and
needed information
Submit enrollment requests through various clearinghouse/payer
portals and troubleshoot missing ERAs
Required Qualifications
2 years of customer service experience preferred
1-2 years of enrollment experience preferred
Strong familiarity with computers
Able to adapt to changes in processes
Experience working and growing with a team
