Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
(Must be fluent in Spanish & work Central Time Zone hours).
Key Responsibilities
Field and resolve customer inquiries through calls, texts, and
emails
Assist Clinical Managers and mobile phlebotomists with scheduling
changes and clerical work
Support the Care Coordination team with appointment updates and
workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish (speaking, writing, and reading)
At least 2 years of experience in high-volume customer service
within the healthcare industry
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and
healthcare software
Willingness to work Central Time Zone hours
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain patient
confidentiality
