Job Description:
A company is looking for an Online Learning and Instructional
Support Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and technical support for faculty, staff, and
students regarding the online learning management system (LMS)
Facilitate faculty training sessions and conduct quality assurance
checks for online courses
Coordinate term setup and maintain a database of online master
course versions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of experience using computers and web-based
applications
At least one year of experience in higher education or related
professional settings
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student
Information Systems (SIS)
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
