Job Description:
Weekend Shift: Friday thru
Monday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM GENERAL FUNCTION: Processing of Fifth Third
Bancorp Direct Deposit Accounts, Bankcard, and other mailings on a
daily basis. A complete and thorough understanding of the operation
of all insertion machines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain and trouble shoot for all insertion
equipment.
* Assist in maintaining the Statement Processing department
ensuring it is tour ready at all times.
* Assist in the training of new machine operators.
* Maintain an established work performance production average after
90 day training period.
* Maintain an established work performance quality average after 90
day training period.
* Complete all statement work-orders on a daily
basis.
* Communicate machine issues as needed to the team lead or
management.
* Basic knowledge of the USPS postage system.
* Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.
