Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance Governance Senior
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct weekly root cause analysis for top performance hotspots
nationally and regionally
Quantify the impact of performance initiatives and prepare data for
loading into Wave
Collaborate with senior leadership to support data-driven
decision-making across initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business related field; MBA
preferred
3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in CPG
Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data resources and
business models
Experience working in a remote team setting in a fast-paced
environment
Ability to learn and be proficient in other analytical tools and
data sources
