Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design
and develop engaging, objective-driven courses
Maintain project timelines and instructional design consistency
while facilitating course development meetings
Evaluate and revise learning materials to ensure alignment with
academic standards and accessibility requirements
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, educational technology, or
a comparable field; doctorate preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital teaching and learning
in higher education
Knowledge of adult-centered pedagogy, learning technologies, and
instructional design principles
Experience with learning management systems and developing
instructional materials
Ability to manage projects effectively in a remote environment
