  • Running high-tech extrusion and blow-molding machines to keep production moving.
  • Tweaking machine settings (like heat control, cooling, and pressure) to make sure products come out just right.
  • Performing basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
  • Checking product qualitybecause we take pride in what we make!
  • Teaming up with coworkers to find ways to improve production safety, efficiency, and waste reduction.
  • Learning new skills through on-the-job training and manufacturing career growth opportunities.What You Bring to the Team
    • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a consistent rotating schedule.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing production or machine operator role.
    • Bonus points if you have experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment.
    • Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems is a plus!
    • Good problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (dont worry, we dont ask you to lift things all day).What Youll Earn
      • Based on experience, at $20 or up per hour
      • Extra $1.50 pay for night shifts.
