Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to retain and
grow key accounts
Drive adoption and optimization of solutions to achieve customer
satisfaction
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key
customer stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma plus relevant
experience
Previous leadership experience in customer success management is
desired
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a
similar role, preferably in telecommunications or technology
Strong understanding of solutions and ability to align them with
customer objectives
Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer accounts
effectively
