A company is looking for an Analyst, Advanced Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze the success of recognition programs and determine employee
eligibility
Ensure accurate reporting and assist with the recognition program
budget
Provide analytical support for sales compensation programs and
build tools for optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree plus 2-4 years of experience, or Master's Degree
with no professional experience, or equivalent
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages
(SAS, Emblem)
Knowledge of data sources, tools, and common statistical
principles
Understanding of business intricacies and their impact on
financials
Ability to learn to build simple tools and queries for others to
use
