Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development
strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead the creation of engaging training content and oversee the
delivery of learning programs
Partner with HR and business leaders to drive performance
management and support talent development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,
Education, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent
Management, or Organizational Development
Proven expertise in designing and delivering leadership development
programs
Experience with learning management systems and digital learning
tools
Strategic mindset with a passion for employee growth and
development
