A company is looking for a Technical Specialist - Budget
Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide financial management for the NC Health Information Exchange
Authority, focusing on Medicaid-related programs
Assist with federal and private grant management, ensuring
compliance and maintaining accurate financial records
Analyze spending and revenue trends to identify cost savings and
support the development of financial models for healthcare
services
Required Qualifications
60-84 months of experience in budgeting and financial
record-keeping, particularly in public sector processes
Experience managing federal or private grant funds, including
compliance and reporting
Experience managing financial aspects of healthcare IT programs
Background in developing cost recovery models and financial
incentive programs
Familiarity with state government budgeting and financial policies,
especially in North Carolina
